Because UltraEdit is so powerful, many of our users already use it as an IDE and have provided us feature requests to extend that functionality. Together, we have taken those requests, our own ideas, and the concept of a supercharged IDE and produced what we consider to be a powerful application with new and exciting features such as Native Support for over 30 popular compliers, Integrated CVS Version Control, built-in Class Browsing, Language Intelligence (like Intellisense), Project Converter, and a Batch Builder to name just a few. |

1. Project Menu
Greatly enhanced Project support! Includes menu options for Class insertion, project conversion, creating projects with templates, CVS support and much more!
2. Build Menu
Support for compiling, building, batch building, debugging, and running your application!
3. Solution Menu
Solutions are designed to manage the way sets of related projects are configured, built, and deployed. Depending upon your requirements, a solution in UEStudio can include just one project, or several projects built jointly by a development team.
4. UltraCompare - Diff Tool
New in v5.10 Top level access to UltraCompare, UEStudio's native diff tool. Click here to learn more.
UltraCompare Professional is a powerful compare/merge application loaded with features to enable users to track differences between files, directories, and .zip archives! File Compare features include text and binary compare of two or three files at a time and users can merge differences between compared files.
5. Class Viewer
The powerful Class Viewer shows the parsed representation of the active project.
6. Resource Browser
Resource browser and editor which easily allows you to Add, Remove, Browse resources as desired. Edit dialogs, string tables, menus and more. You can even configure UEStudio '05 to edit bitmaps and icons via user-installed graphic editors.
7. Workspace Manager
The Workspace Manager replaces the file tree view from UltraEdit and gives the user multiple methods of interacting with projects, solutions, files, resources, tags and much more!

8. QuickTips
Quick Tips display a suggestion for the word being typed, based on words previously found in the document that begin with the same characters. The first word found, scanning back from the cursor towards the top of the document, is the word that is suggested.

Configure your build to build in debug or release mode.
10. Build Toolbar
The Build Toolbar includes build, debug, compile, and run options and more!
11. IntelliTip Toolbar
The Intellitip toolbar allows the user to quickly access the function list, keyword list, symbols list, jump to the ClassViewer and more!

The Project Converter converts a Visual Studio project to UEStudio format!
13. Tabbed Output Window
The Tabbed Output Window allows users to perform multiple functions that produce output without overwriting and losing data from previous functions.
